Thought about God

“ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea.” Psalm 46:1,2 (NKJV)
Living near one of the most majestic mountains of the Cascade range, I am constantly reminded of the might and presence of our Creator God. Rounding a corner as I drove to work one day, I was met by another breathtaking view of Mount Hood. As it towered directly in front of me, its beauty and steadfast presence brought these verses to mind: “We will not fear. . .though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea.” My imagination began to run wild. What if something as sure and steadfast as Mount Hood did uproot and was suddenly hurled into the Pacific Ocean? A mountain dropped in the sea would cause an alarm greater than its splash. Fear would be the most natural result. If that were to happen, what would we do? Scripture says, “We will not fear.” If we will not fear, even if the most terrifying “natural disaster” were to occur, will we fear in financial uncertainty, political upheaval, an unknown future, or a scary diagnosis? “We will not fear” is not a mantra to be recited continuously until we convince ourselves to do what we say. It is the response of faith in the character of our steadfast God – a God more steadfast than the highest mountains and more present than our overwhelming troubles. We will not fear, because “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”


When my mother was forty years old she became pregnant - with twin girls. I was twelve years old at the time and there were four other children. Living on a large dairy farm, there was no end of work to do.
It was a hard pregnancy and six weeks before the twins were to be born, mom was hospitalized because she had developed toxemia. My dad was now taking care of five children as well as managing our large dairy farm. Mother’s prognosis did not look good. The possibilities of her dying were very real. Perhaps there would also be two babies he would have to care for by himself. Dad was very discouraged.
One morning, after all five of us were in school, two men knocked on the kitchen door. Dad had never seen them before and wondered who they were - but he invited them in. They came into our kitchen and they lovingly read to him verses from the Bible. They prayed for him and encouraged him. He never saw them again, but was sure they were angels. Their visit filled him strength and hope.
Several days later, mother gave birth to twin girls and was home again in a week. She was fine and so were the babies. Other than having two small sisters to baby sit, life returned to normal.
Angels sent from God. It happens all the time. More often than we realize. During the past few years, so many people have told me stories of God sending angels to protect, strengthen and encourage them.


The living room of our home was dark when I quietly slipped a key into the lock and opened the door one night, walking slowly and softly so as not to awaken Vonette and our sons who were very young. Though they had been trained to put away their toys, somehow in the rush to get ready for bed that night they had left cars and a train and other favorite play things scattered throughout the living room.
You guessed it! I stepped on one with wheels that almost threw me to the floor before I could regain my balance. Many a person has broken a leg or an arm under similar circumstances, and some have even fallen and hit their heads on sharp objects, resulting in a fatal accident.
So it is in the spiritual realm. If we insist on walking in the darkness, we will inevitably stumble and take risks that can greatly jeopardize our spiritual health and in some cases, lead to our spiritual death by cutting ourselves off from God.
Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness.” In the first epistle of John we are told, “God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not tell the truth. If we walk in the light, as God is in the light, we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses [and keeps on cleansing] us from all sin.”
There is only one person who qualifies to be the light of the world. That is Jesus. So how do we follow Him? What does it mean to walk in the light? Basically, it means that there is no unconfessed sin. It means that we are filled with the Holy Spirit, that we are feasting upon the Word of God and obeying His commands which include sharing our love for Christ with others.

There was an atheist couple who had a child. The couple never told their daughter anything about the Lord. One night when the little girl was 5 years old, the parents fought with each other and the dad shot the Mom, right in front of the child. Then, the dad shot himself. The little girl watched it all. Another interesting thing... Since when we put our faith (trust) in God He remembers our sin no longer, how should we as believers react when we do sin now?

Would you take a picture of him and send to your friends, treating him as a mockery? Our beliefs are more than skin-deep, it's not about the clothes we wear, it's our faith that actually matters...

Church Camp, 7/12

Written dat nite...
Today is the 1st day of camp! I'm in Maniwala (Faith), Truth Seekers. When we 1st arrive in Legacy Hall, we had dedication, then games, lunch, bathe, dinner and night service. It ended pretty late, and lights out was at 12am. The most impactful thing 2dae is the night service. Pastor Gerald talked about Jacob an his barriers. It may be a physical barrier, the past, the choices we made, our circumstances... He taught us to remove everything and stand in the presence of the Lord. The 1st step of reaching out to God is to deal with our past. This is important cos our sins will surely rob us of our destiny. Also, stop fighting against God and be real 2 Him.
When I first heard of this msg, I was confused, and dint know why. (Now I know that feeling, it's God. Feels like excited, scared, nervous and blur all at the same time...) I feel really distant to God, cos I hvn been going church or doing QT or praying, or reading His word... I tink it needs more effort fm me, n I shall jyjy...
Im having gr8 expectations 4 dis, Im missing 3 ts meetings 4 this!

We do like to have Him around during sickness,
And, of course, when we face problems in life.
However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during school or play.
Because that's the part of our lives we think that we can, and should, handle on our own.

He is not to be FIRST in my life.
We should always have time to remember all he has done for us.

Isaiah 65:24 - 'Before they call, I will answer'

This story was written by a doctor who worked in South Africa .

One night I had worked hard to help a mother in the labor ward; but in spite of all we could do, she died leaving us with a tiny premature baby and a crying two-year-old daughter. We would have difficulty keeping the baby alive; as we had no incubator (we had no electricity to run an incubator).
We also had no special feeding facilities. Although we lived on the equator, nights were often chilly with treacherous drafts. One student midwife went for the box we had for such babies and the cotton wool that the baby would be wrapped in.
Another went to stoke up the fire and fill a hot water bottle. She came back shortly in distress to tell me that in filling the bottle, it had burst (rubber perishes easily in tropical climates). 'And it is our last hot water bottle!' she exclaimed.. As in the West, it is no good crying over spilled milk so in Central Africa it might be considered no good crying over burst water bottles. They do not grow on trees, and there are no drugstores down forest pathways.
'All right,' I said, 'put the baby as near the fire as you safely can, and sleep between the baby and the door to keep it free from drafts. Your job is to keep the baby warm.'
The following noon, as I did most days, I went to have prayers with any of the orphanage children who chose to gather with me. I gave the youngsters various suggestions of things to pray about and told them about the tiny baby. I explained our problem about keeping the baby warm enough, mentioning the hot water bottle, and that the baby could so easily die if it got chills. I also told them of the two-year-old sister, crying because her mother had died.
During prayer time, one ten-year old girl, Ruth, prayed with the usual blunt conciseness of our African children. 'Please, God' she prayed, 'send us a water bottle. It'll be no good tomorrow, God, as the baby will be dead, so please send it this afternoon.' While I gasped inwardly at the audacity of the prayer, she added, 'And while You are about it, would You please send a dolly for the little girl so she'll know You really love her?'
As often with children's prayers, I was put on the spot. Could I honestly say, 'Amen'? I just did not believe that God could do this. Oh, yes, I know that He can do everything, the Bible says so. But there are limits, aren't there? The only way God could answer this particular prayer would be by sending me a parcel from homeland. I had been in Africa for almost four years at that time, and I had never, ever received a parcel from home.
Anyway, if anyone did send me a parcel, who would put in a hot water bottle? I lived on the equator! Halfway through the afternoon, while I was teaching in the nurses' training school, a message was sent that there was a car at my front door..
By the time I reached home, the car had gone, but there, on the veranda, was a large twenty-two pound parcel. I felt tears pricking my eyes.. I could not open the parcel alone, so I sent for the orphanage children. Together we pulled off the string, carefully undoing each knot. We folded the paper, taking care not to tear it unduly. Excitement was mounting. Some thirty or forty pairs of eyes were focused on the large cardboard box. From the top, I lifted out brightly colored, knitted jerseys. Eyes sparkled as I gave them out. Then there were the knitted bandages for the leprosy patients, and the children looked a little bored. Then came a box of mixed raisins and sultanas - that would make a batch of buns for the weekend. Then, as I put my hand in again, I felt the.....could it really be? I grasped it and pulled it out - yes, a brand-new, rubber hot water bottle. I cried. I had not asked God to send it; I had not truly believed that He could..
Ruth was in the front row of the children. She rushed forward, crying out, 'If God has sent the bottle, He must have sent the dolly too!' Rummaging down to the bottom of the box, she pulled out the small, beautifully dressed dolly. Her eyes shone! She had never doubted! Looking up at me, she asked: 'Can I go over with you and give this dolly to that little girl, so she'll know that Jesus really loves her?'
That parcel had been on the way for five whole months. Packed up by my former Sunday school class, whose leader had heard and obeyed God's prompting to send a hot water bottle, even to the equator. And one of the girls had put in a dolly for an African child - five month s before, in answer to the believing prayer of a ten-year-old to bring it 'that afternoon'.
'Before they call, I will answer' (Isaiah 65:24). This awesome prayer takes less than a minute. When you receive this, say the prayer, that's all you have to do. No strings attached. Just send it on to whomever you want - but do send it on. Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. T here is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue praying for one another!
'Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this right now.
I am asking You to minister to their spirit at this very moment.
Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy.
Where there is self doubting, release a renewed confidence to work through them.
Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask You to renew them by revealing Your nearness, and by drawing them into greater intimacy with You.

Bless their finances, give them greater vision, and raise up leaders and friends to support and encourage them.

I went 4 e children helpers training, not the matthew training, so im not vry sure abt e adults 1.
4 e children's 1, its 4 kids fm pre-sch - pri sch...

1-4 is abt e 1st xmas, 5 is abt salvation :)

1. God sent an angel 2 tell Mary dat she was going 2 give birth 2 a child, the child of God, and she was 2 name him Jesus. Mary was shocked, but accepted.
2. Mary was pregnant when the king at dat time called 4 a census. Mary went 2Bethlehem and there,she gave birth 2 baby Jesus.
3. Angels asked the shepherds 2 go n c Jesus as he lay in the stable. Word travelled 2 the king n he was mad. He tried 2 kill Jesus but failed.
4. The wise men followed a star n came 2 Jesus too. They gave many presents 2 him.
5. God gave us a gift too. That is e gift of eternal life. Bt when we have sinned, we cant go 2 heaven. When jesus died n lived again, he helped us accept the gift fm God. He created a bridge btwn us n God Thru Him, we can go 2 heaven.

shall get straight to the "highlight" of the day.or rather something that is rarely experienced in school.you know, during p.e. , the guys are always chased out of the classroom by the girls because apparently they think that it is a lot more exciting to change together in a bigbig classroom. perhaps its because of the large space that makes them feel less inhibited or something -.- i dno...im not a girl and i will never understand their mentality.so as usual today p.e, we were chased out timely by the girls so we went to the toilet at the back of the hall to change. when we got to assemble, we learnt from mrs phua that mr hardi zein was "utterly shocked". she herself was in a little shock too and the guys were like bewildered, not really knowing what was happening. after a little probing, we realised that apparently, while changing, mr hardi zein barged into the classroom and saw some of the girls erherm.....in their intimate clothes and he was shocked and stood there for a few moments[dno he purposely one or not.
hahaha]. hrm.......shld teach the girls a lesson not to change in class. and joe keeps saying that they spoil mr zeins' eyes. so bad.elaine said that nicole and her were in full view of hardi zein. whoops. FLASHER! hohohoho-.-they were changing again during recess and the guys had to stand outside. weijie kind of fed up so he barged in......yes..while they were changing. TSKTSK weijie! we see your true colours. see 4F, weixun is not the pervert lorh its weijie. hohoho i so gentlemanly stand outside:D

Movie Marathon

Let's start with the Cross Country...
It was held at the Changi Beach, and the ground was super wet, plus gt insects etc. Den the teachers still ask us sit down, bt most of the yr 1s dint. So kena nagged..... Den gt sum performance, singalong and the cross country! Daria won. Jeno dint, sad.. Quite boring, overall, yupps...
Saw Chen Hong, my CL teacher fm RSS, called her, but she din hear... Yongxin was so blur, he was like huh? Where? Lolx/ Den me, tikus, jiaqi, tjy, janice went to eat... Aft dat went hm. Since my dad bringing my sis out, i asked him 2 drive me 2 tampines lorhx, he gave me xtra $10 den ask me dun tell mum... Lolx, i did, n i said he say dun tell... :P
Met tikus n wyl n his fwen den tk mrt go sch. Tikus wore orientation tee cos she say she dunno how 2 wear class tee, aft changing, she kept asking me n wyl oes she look weird... I think she a bit mad liaoz.. Haha..
Den reached sch, watched movie. We watched Ocean's 13, Spiderman 3, Home Alone 3, The GamePlan, Step Up 2.
Watched Ocean's 13 cos wyl dun wan watch sky love, cos romance... Changed from the Holiday to Spiderman 3 cos romance and looks boring XD, slept thru the beginning of Home Alone 3, bt woke up at the funny part, haha... The GamePlan was super funny too, den i slept thru the whole of Step Up 2, and woke up aft the movie ended... Den go hm, sleep summore..
Woke up at 5pm. Watched NDP, ate KFC, den Olympics. Slept at 12. Woke up, watched summore TV. STill watching.... I like Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson, both super nice, from gymnasics de. XD

Wakaka!!! My father bought me n my sis a MP4 each!!!
Bt sadly, he damn cheapo, he buy fm 2nd hand stall de....
rarr.. but at least he bought.. i rather get the MP3 like juexin's, bt nvm.. my mum took my MP4 away, so sad... boo hoo, but dun cares... hahas...... hope she return soon, wish me luck, n sry 4 the numerous posts made 2dae XD


CO todae was super duper scary, cos like me n vivian sit rite at the back during the 30min dazu to play 4 our teachers so dey gt idea of how the thinggie is like larhx. Tian ls (cello) and Wang ls (erhu) were at Zheng ls (conductor)'s sides. Zheng ls (dizi) and Ding ls (suona) were behind me ... And Lin ls (erhu) and the tan2 bo1 yue4 teacher (wat's her name?) were at the back, toking...
And so we played, was so stressed out that made super lot mistakes... (that dazu was a bad 1 larhx, overall) and dls told me to chan4 gong1 more.. Scary... But still managed to survive :) Ohh yahs, and 4 e fenzu, we had 2 solo, no1 passed wls's standard larhx... Wad gong1 fa3, n zhi3 fa3, she all so strict sia....
Hu noe hu moved my baggie n erhu 2 1L on fri??? Sry tikus 4 blaming u, and rongying, me wan me charger bak!! (jkjk, bt really, jiayous)...
Tikus is now the timer (izzit?) 4 her sjab thinggie.... Gd luck 4 ur berhanti horhs

His!!! Its the start of August, and also of Exams and Common Tests... Bt jiayous, ppl!! We can do it! Hahas...
Mr Chua spot checked 4 hps, 6/8 kena.. All confiscated, so saes my sis... Scary..
Had maths ct, it sux!!! Den CO rox! TTK asked us play one by one, n 4 er hu 2, me n yunzhen passed... Sadly, the rest didnt, i was like OMG!! I passed?????
I feel like killing sabbie, she n xan took my erhu n play, i lost both my ma3 n bu4, den had 2 buy. Summore jus b4 my shangyin, lucky wls there, helped me.. I called chinnie 2 ask, n was walking into sy, saying dat i wanna kill sabb, den i realised tat wls was there!!! Den wad happened was funny, she said i in sch so si1 wen2, now see my angry side, den i was like a little errs... n oso hahas.. so i jus smiled lorhx... Still tink she quite scary larhs.. Den aft tat was sy, lls was kinda pissed (i guess) cos the fen1 gong1 part i keep playing lian2 gong1, n he repeated thrice.. :P Oops... N i poked my finger while fixing the xian2, n it bled, so pain!!!

Pissed

Okie, funny things 1st... OMG!!! I passed Malay!! So happy, n i tink i gt quite high despite wad ish says.. :P Hahas... Errs... Started wif PC 2dae, am the Arts Appreciation IC for PC Day, n Zein's meeting the ICs on Mon, hopefully can be l8 a bit.. :P Den I go hm dat time saw an army couple, n my mum told me a super funny news. My dad called my hse 2 ask whether I wan MP4 or not. I wasnt at home (3.30+) n my mum called bak. They blah, blah, blah,... Tok le, den my mum suddenly interrupt n sae: wo3 zai4 gan3 report, bu4 gen1 ni3 jiang3 le, bye bye. Den my dad sae: shi4 ni3 xian1 da3 lai2 de, den hangged up... =.=" (full stroy ask me/ if i free, i'll post)And.. many things which I will get killed for posting here, but if u wanna moe, ask me!!
Pissed: Wahs, saw LC's blog. New blog. And how dare LC insult me, hu started it 1st sia... Rarr... But I will really learn my lesson dat I muz listen 2 tikus's advice, or "chi1 kui1 zai4 yan3 qian2" ahs... And of course 2 b more wary of these kind of jian4 ppl... Movie Marathon

Wowz.. tink DHS is gd, gt cross country (which is super tiring, btw) and movie marathon (which i tink is gonna b fun provided i dun sleep)... Hahas.. Aniways, hu going movie marathon?? Tagg n tell me, kays?? Me wanna noe.. Yeahs...Today completed LA graded assignment/ test at laz, quite hard 2 understand, the passage... And the Malay now no more lines!! But if u 4gt 2 bring 3 times, starting fm now, he will rite sumting 2 ur parent...
So ppl, if u or ani1 else dun hv bks, i hv 2 extra, n 1 on Wed (cos i oso gt Malay on dat day), so pls cum Jeno borrow arhs.. Tink most ppl will bring though... Tat's gd! OMG. Ytd i went home wif SiQi. Her father drive us bak. So i ate while w8ing n her dad came halfway. He w8ed 4 me... When we went out 2 the front g8 there, i saw a car parked outside n i opened the door wifout tinking, 2 realise tat its the wrong car n SiQi was going to the carpark. I was like OMG n i closed the door n ran away... We were both laffing on the way bak...
Ohh yahs.. My hp is now currently unavailable as I washed it tgt wif my sch skirt. ><
Den 2dae.. Malay is so killing 2dae, had 2 rite a compo, so... yahs.. Cannot make it larhx.. Summore graded, sure fail. Bt tink better than Tikus, she is word by word dictionary search de... And had Chinese Test, slept.. Oh no! And err.. quite bad larhx.. So let's pray hard... ... LA graded n timed comprehension was super hard, gt another 50min tmr 2 complete, bt question paper n answer all wif Kal (obviously)... Science was fun! We extracted DNA fm strawberry, like mash it, add detergent, mash it again, filter, add cold ethanol, den the DNA come floating up le.. So cool!! Den our DNA disappeared (must hv slipped off.. Hmm..).. Sad
Saw 2 couples on the train when going home wif KahYing n Juexin 2dae, 1 is the ARMY COUPLE, so named by me, joke btwn sum ppl.. :) Also saw reall les.s, were like hugging each other on the train... Erhu

OMG!! 2dae is e 1st lesson which i laff e whole thing thru sia!! So funny! B4 me, the guy was like kena scolded, so I was like oh no. Den I went in... Okie, 1st we started of wif the g diao4 n f diao4 thinggie, den my f diao is like when i play a while, it will auto slide 2 my g/d diao de4 ba3 wei4, so its outta tune... Den nxt is the grd songs... I played jian4 wu3 (sword dance) n huang2 shui3 liu (shd b abt the huang2 he2). Den i nvr prac a lot, so was like keep getting stuck lahs. Jian4 wu3 tat time, he say i ban4 zou4 4 ppl, dey v hard 2 dance sia, l8r halfway stop, halfway stop. Den he started acting the dance, n singing the tune, n stop, stop, stop. Den i was laffing all the way lorhs... Den he oso sang me the actual thing wifout stopping n danced it thru too. I was lstill laffing, n laffing... Huang2 Shui3 Yao2 was supp 2 be smooth flowing like river, i play until keep stopping, so he tell me the river gt a lot of large stones.. Muz take long time 2 cont 2 flow.. Den he say muz go buy the tong1 shui3 guan3 (plunger)... Den he say nvm, jus take this as my rou2 xian2 lian4 xi2, dun care abt the flow 1st, jus rou2 xian muz rou2... Yahs, n I laffed the whole lesson thru.. :)Interesting lesson, dun ya agree? Nxt is dinner at AMK wif my mum's fren 2 celebrate her bday, which was 10 daes ago... Ate at Botak Jones, n not much 2 sae.. My Pathetic Erhu

Today, Sab played wif my erhu in Jeno while I was doing the retest 4 maths outside staffroom. Den when she go n clean the board, she left my erhu standing on the table. Den my erhu dropped n my nei4 xian2 broke. So I had to change the strings n it was like v errs... I hvn tune it blah blah yet, mebbe tmr will go n tune? Lls, summore i poke my finger with the tring and it bled... So Sad.. :( Oh yahs, I 4gt 2 say sumting: Our rap (created by me n Sab, performed by Me, Sab, Mabel, Sherlyn, Maoyu n ShuHao) gt 26/30!!! Yippee! Maths was FUN?!? The quiz was easy.. Hee :) Guess wat. I failed my Maths cos i keep 4gting 2 rite the "y="... Wyl gave Ish the 6 pgs thinggie aft sch... Riting lines is a no brainers job n it sux.. As Ms Poh says, cant insult our intelligence by doing this kind of no brainer's job... Oh yah, RSSCO erhu ppl, esp those going 4 SYF in 2009, better jiaoyous and prac cos me n Siqi will b coming RSS to haunt u all during the Dec hols. CO

Fri: Passing Down We had CO practice fm 2.30pm-4pm, den passing down... CO was as bad, so let's not talk about it.... Before the passing down gt a jian3 tao3 thinggie, which was quite boring bt also had sum interesting things like gt ppl came down 30min late & still dare say tat the meeting time was 8.30am... Then the passing down. So now my new SL is Jau Loong, soo quiet de.. And oh yah, the tuan2 zhang3 cried ehs... Was so suprised tat she so emo.. Usually she nt liddat 1 lorhs.. Sat: CO Nth much, I too long nvr prac my F diao4, so couldnt find my 5, den the teacher tot was the arrow tat made me stop. So he was like if cant find, just play the main note 1st (5), can le den find the arrow thinggie. & he went on abt no one buy the curry things le den hvn buy the chicken, Cook curry wat oso dunno. So my mum was laffing at me all the way hm.. Haiz Still doing hmk, Yih Xi's gonna kill me soon.. Cos hvn give her my para dev thing......

LA Rubbish Summary

Ms Chan said that the LA homework (paragraph development) takes only about 30min, all subjects are important and we should not sacrifice one thing for another. I disagree!

Think, 30min seems so little, but we have 12 homework-able subjects. Total time taken: 6h. Of course we cant possiblt have so many subjects and homework in a day, so cancel out the extras and ad in ur tuition homework, cca (prac instru), projects etc., it still adds up to abt 6h, rite? (Esp Ms Poh's quizzes :))

Then she said all subjects are important. Let's say, for example, you leave school at 4pm? You reach home at 6pm? After dinner and bathing, it's abt 7pm? Wat time are we supposed to sleep? 1am?

And if we sleep so late, in the long run, isn't it gonna harm our health? So wat's tat abt the sacrificing one for another? Skip sum work? Sleep late? Chiong tmr morn?

Lols.. Ain't she toking rot?? She think she toking to pri sch kids arh? Tis sounds more applicable 2 tem lahs...

Ish has turned super scary.. Lols He made us write lines if we never bring anything.. So be careful. Today Sab din go 4 malay cos she sick. We had a mock test which after doing, we had to pair up and discuss. I paired with wyl and we spent 4 minutes toking rot, and 1 min chionging the checking. Then we paired with Soo Hwee and Ke Hui. While I was writing, the madman go and grab my hand. Cos both of our hands super cold in LT3... Den me go grab his neck oso. Den we were kinda playing (A wonder why Ish nvr scold...) until end. As I said I was gonna rite abt LA, in the coming post, cos super long. And for PC, the teacher reteach and gave us 1 more week for the rap, cos she forgot. Since no one did the rap, we just let her drone on and on....... Hahas

Busy day

Too many things to say... Guess hu took the paper? SAB!!! Wanna kill her sia... Let's start with Malay. Ish came in and asked hu nvr bring the bk. Those nvr bring nid rite lines, 3 papers ehs!! Den he said tengah hari was till 1.59pm, but Noorizan say is 12.59pm... Hmm.. Ask him den he say "I say is 1.59". So dun care lorhs... Den Hmk. I dunno how am I supp 2 do up a decent rap overnight when I cant think of one in a week. So me & Sab collaborate and it sounds weird.. Dunno.. Dun care.. Hahas.. LA. Got scolded by Ms Chan, kays, not really scolded lahs, about there... Reflections wif Sab, posting it when I geddit back. So inn the meantime, let's w-a-i-t.... Yeah, today we passing notes and now none of us can find the notes (as in having conver)!! Ahhhhh!!! If it's wif ISH, we will die!! I rote tat HE very zi4 kua1 ehs... Nvm, let's pray hard bahs... CO so scary...

Hahas, today CO so scary de... Why? Cos both the teachers were staring at me like err... U gen1 de2 shang4 mahs? Okie, there r 2 teachers, 1 is each most of the CO erhu ppl (Wang Lao Shi), the other is teach sum of the Co erhu ppl (Lin Lao Shi). Wls was teaching us 1st, den cos I'm the oni y1 tat she dun teach, she was staring at me like: are u ok? can u do the rou2 xian2? Den halfway Lls came and stared at me like: hope u are ok... (??) Den I was dying!!! Cos same old prob, I dunno wat she toking abt! Haiz... Lucky SiQi sitting beside me, cos although she erhu1 i erhu2, she can help me de... Hahas Yeahs... Tat shd b abt all?? 26/6 CO lesson

26/6- Found on My ePortfolio [Mon was my 1st CO lesson & I was SHOCKED at wat the teacher expect from the students. My seniors dun seem 2 mind though, mebbe it's juz cos Im a Y1 who juz joined tat's why I have tis kind of tinking: tat the teacher is INSANE!!! So me & Si Qi went 2 1G or 1H, where we were supposed 2 be practicing & saw many people (We're NOT L8) alr practicing on their own. Wowz.. Den we tuned our er'hus. Aft tat, we started toking as we dunno wat 2 do.. Den, Yuanjun arrived & introduced us & sum other Y2s 2 the rest. Den she seperate us into er'hu1, er'hu2, gao'hu & zhong'hu & we started 2 practice. I dunno wat 2 do & I cant understand the scores so I was trying 2 figure out wat I'm supposed 2 play. Aft I figures, wang lao shi (wls) came & told us e fingering etc. But i dunno wat she saying, cos she too fast le, so I copied my senior's. Halfway during our practice, YJ and Melody came with 2 teachers (I dunno hu). Dey r our seniors. 1 of e teacher is a Y1 LA teacher, e other was a Maths teacher, bt I 4gt both of their names. Dey came 2 say HI! (=.=")Aft dey left, wls arrived. I realised tat my fingers werent fast enough, and I was pretty much lagging and lost during the whole lesson.. wls even asked me twice whether I was OK.. At last! The end of lesson! Wls told us 2 practise hard as tis is our SYF song. When I heard it, I was like 'Oh Shit!' & 'DIE!!' So I went home wif a DREADED feeling... Cos I have NO TIME 2 PRACTISE ER'HU!!! So guess wat?? Im going to die on Fri!! Wish me luck bahs.. No, hope IDMI will crash wif CO.. Lolz.. 7/7/08: I really missed CO cos of IDMI, so yippee!!

Arrgh! Why my mum always dun lemme go TM de!? I asked her last time, she say I to young. I asked her laz year, she say NO. As in No means NO, dun come & argue wif me. Ok, cos I wanna go was like 4 fun, wif my frens. Now I wanna go TM buy present 4 fren oso cant! & it's not like she cant trust Sab n Wyl, rite? Arrgh! OMG.. Yesterday I went 2 Chin's hse do project wif Sab. Den we slack v much larhs (expected). So aft tat my mum go drive us back. & guess wat?? Sab pointed 2 the right den say turn there. Then my mum ask turn where? Then she point right & say zhuan3 you4. End of story is, her kiri, kanan, right, left, zuo3, you4, is all pointing 2 the right.. Lols.. Today, we nvr slack le. We chiong & slack, but still hvn done, so Sab bring hm & do. While slacking, we played pillow fight!! & we look like we were les-ing (hahas).. My New Bag..

Hihis.. Am super sianz now.. Still chionging the Clouds Log, dunno how 2 identify, dunno wat Stratus blah blah... So I woke up at like about 11? Den I went up 2 my grandma's hse (She lives 1 floor above me) 2 eat lunch. My cuzs & niece & aunts & uncle oso there lah.. Den aft we eat we watch TV, & flip thru newspapers (FLIP! We finished 1 in 5 min!!). Den my aunt brought out a -u noe those recycling plastic bags where u put the stuff in den the ppl will collect?- bag of bags 4 us 2 choose. All look super nice, I chose a white tote bag, & will bring it 2 sch (New sch bag, ha!) It's 1 of those big enuff 2 put my sch stuff. There were 3 more of tat size, 2 black ones taken by my cuz, 1 gold 1 no one wan. My sis took a small n v cute white bag; said she wan bring like if she gt go TM wif her frens or sumting.. If wat she say is true, I tink she will oni use it when she is 18, cos my mum dun allow us go out wif frens (4 nth) de.. (So Sad, but Too Bad) Aniways, yupps, so she took it, then aft a while we all go home le. Will b going Chin's hse soon, do the Clouds Log thing, den mebbe will blog again.. I'm super sianz now larhs... So hope lessons start soon, den gt sumting 2 do again, n can c my frens!! Hahas..

Mr Lin rocks

Yesterday 1st. My er'hu fell down the stairs & the 2 strings broke! The bottom part oso came loose. I told my mum, then go borrow an er'hu from the CO room (I gt practice l8r & tmr marhs..) Today. Mr Lin ask me bring both er'hus over see can fix or not. Den my er'hu lesson that time, he asked me wat happened. I explained like in mixed lang. Sumting like, "Wo3 de4 er4 hu2 zuo2 tian1, cos I na2 hen3 duo1 dong1 xi1, den my er4 hu2 diao4. Den when zuo2 tian1 wo3 check de4 shi2 hou4, then I, err.. the liang3 tiao2 sian2 break le4. Then the bottom part song1 diao4." & he understood!! So he told me it was the screw loose + no strings tat made it like tat. Den he help me fix my bao3 bei4 er'hu!! Yippee!! Aft tat we went thru the da4 zu3 song, which I had super many difficulties in playing. Den when he teach me, I was like 'Hey! I can play leh!' Yarhs.. Hope the zhi3 fa3 I gave him was right... Lols.. Aft my shangyin lesson, me & my sis go her fren (Jolyn) party. I was the oldest child/ the youngest teen there.. Guess who & wat I played? I played musical chairs wif the 6 year olds, den racing, den carrying them around, swinging them etc. Hahas, I always let dem win larhs, cos if dun I scared dey cry.. Haha.. Den I DIE!! The games left me so tired cos the kids dun feel sianz & dey r super active (cant blame dem, dey r oni 6). There was a qian1 jin1 there, she wan play wat, we mus play wat. She wan hu play, hu muz play. Otherwise she sulks. There was a P6 guy there den he was laughing at me so childish, so I carried the gals over n pretend 2 kick him. He laugh, den the kids oso shuang3. Oh, & gt 1 time the qian1 jin1 dun wan her tidbit le, so her maid go take & give the other children share lorhs. Den l8r she wan again, but dun have le, so she started sulking AGAIN!! But there's a trick! Dao her, den l8r she will auto join back in the games etc. de.. HAHA!

Selamat Hari Belia, Semua!

Hihis, yepps, so tis is my 1st time blogging. So y I wanna blog is like cos I realise tat sec sch is not as boring as pri sch, there r many interesting things around me everyday, & I wanna share them wif u... So let's cont. IDMI (which sux a lot) just ended 2dae. Although no lessons, it's even busier.. From start of sch (we come early 2 rehearse & prepare 4 consultation) to 3+am at nite, I was like chionging everything 4 the past 5 days. I really dun like the Kiron teacher assessing us lah.. She was like too used 2 the silence of Kiron then when we tok so softly, she say we talk v loud. Then we gt scolded by her.. We kenna scolded 4 not paying attention 2 our classmates, while she was YAWNING!! And the worst is she stares at the presenters. When I was presening, she stare at me like 'hmm..' Then ARMY was also staring at me! After my turn, when the Kiron teacher turn 2 the nxt presenter, I returned ARMY's stare. She was like 'how?' Then I was like 'MYOB!' Then I turned to tok wif Sab, lucky she was looking at me at tat time. Interesting IDMI: After ARMY presented, the guys in my class were like, "Amelia, you rock!" We all know tat it's in a sarcastic way, but ARMY was like so sweet, "Thank You." She must be really dense or her acting skills have improved dramatically... Nvm, let's go back to the topic.. Ish, the super good MSP teacher, gave us Yourth Day presents. He bought the muffins for all of us, and gave us handwritten notes from him 4 us 2 figure out... He's so free sia, dunno why, he oso gt IDMI.. He always play games with us, so I really enjoy his lessons de, but Noorizan coming back from her maternity leave soon (Sept)... Hope she will learn from Ish, & not only teach, teach, teach. Hahas.. Aniways, My msg: Hope to watch your own concert in the future! (My ambition was to be either a teacher, or a musician.) Sab's msg: U r very hardworking, dun b too stressed out. (Must have read her blog, which was actually her fren's.) Wyl's msg: Dun b so pessimistic, must believe in urself. (Must have been his super emo blog.) *Only the meanings, not the exact phrasing of words cos he rote in malay, tis is the translated msg.
